All appointments are booked through our online scheduling system. Click "Book Now" at any time to view available appointments and select the service that's right for you.
Book OnlineYou will receive a confirmation email upon booking. Reminder notifications are sent prior to your appointment. Please ensure your contact information is current when booking.
New clients will receive an intake form to complete before their first appointment. This helps May understand your health history and tailor your session to your specific needs.
We kindly request at least 24 hours advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client in need of care.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand that emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if an unexpected situation arises.
We're happy to reschedule your appointment whenever needed. Simply reach out by phone, email, or through the online booking system to find a new time that works for you.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to settle in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
Please inform us of any health conditions, recent surgeries, or changes to your health when booking. Certain conditions may require a physician's clearance before treatment can be provided.

Mason Street Massage is conveniently located in Milwaukee, WI. Detailed directions will be provided in your booking confirmation email. We are easily accessible from major routes throughout the Milwaukee area.
Street parking is available near our studio. Please allow a few extra minutes to find a spot, especially during peak hours. Additional parking details are included in your appointment confirmation.
